Well, Amazon have lost my custom. You can read why with the link here I am really surprised by Amazon with this. Considering this is one of the biggest online marketplaces and they cite that the reviewer knows that author on a personal basis and when they further underline this they refuse to back this up with evidence? I get the point of making sure the reviews are fair and unbiased because that's how it should be anyway. But when it's at a point where they make an accusation and then withold information....that's not good business practice. And what does not help matters further is that in the UK; they pay little to no tax whatsoever even though from what I read from the Ethical Consumer's page is that they have started to slowly contribute more. But the article from the Indie writer and reviewer was the straw that broke the camel's back. These are very harsh times we are living in financially and to have the irresponsible business practice do that on 2 different situations is enough for me to boycott them.
